About Us
Creative Software Solutions (CSS) was established in 1999 to provide software solutions and services to a broad spectrum of clients. Initially delivering production test software to the manufacturing sector, CSS has now firmly established itself as a provider of high quality solutions to the test measurement industry as well as various other industries.
With offices in the UK and the US, we serve a wide customer base spread throughout the world in Europe, the US, and Asia Pacific. Our clients range from small businesses to large multi-national companies, and we also collaborate with a number of technology partners in order to offer our clientele fully integrated hardware and software solutions.

Cable Measurement System
The Cable Measurement Software is suitable for measuring cables and hardware. Category LAN cables (Cat 3, 5, 5e, 6, 7 & 8 upto 2GHz and above) can be measured using balun or balunless methods, and with a variety of different hardware setups.
The software supports the following systems:
HP/Agilent/IES 4-Pair Test System
OCC Balun & Balunless Fixturing
HP 25-Pair Z2010 Test System
Manual fixtures using direct connections onto baluns
Balunless systems
Custom test solutions using in-house or off-the-shelf hardware.
Full databasing, reporting and configurable testing packages are available, and can be customised to the exact users requirements.
